Simon Mark is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic innovation and project management across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Strategic Innovation at both Hexagon AB and Aura since March 2021, Simon previously held the same title at Leica Geosystems, a part of Hexagon, from June 2015 to March 2021, where Simon also managed the BLK360 project. Simon's career began at Safran, where roles included Product Manager for Handheld Equipment, Innovation Project Manager, and Hardware and Software Engineer from January 2003 to 2015. Simon holds a Master of Advanced Studies in Management, Technology and Economics from ETH Zürich and an El. Ing. FH in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from HSR Hochschule für Technik Rapperswil, alongside a degree as Physiklaborant from ETH Zürich.
