Maksym Liapchenko has worked in various roles since 2017. In 2017, they were a Store Representative at Bookstore "Є", where they were responsible for sales and accounting management. In 2018, they were a Customer Support Manager at Global Bilgi (Ukraine), where they were responsible for schedule management for Turkish Airlines passengers. In 2019, they became a Senior Healthcare Concierge at HealthJoy, where they provided support in making better healthcare decisions to United States clients. In 2021, they became a Clinical Training Back Office Associate and Back Office Admin at Elemy, where their responsibilities included keeping track of client documentation, acting as a front-office agent substitute, tracking client attendance, administering and monitoring completion of clients clinical assessments, acquiring and sharing documents, and creating training content for the back office new-hires. Lastly, in 2022 they became a Project Coordinator at Atlas Technica and a Knowledge Management Specialist at MGID.

Maksym Liapchenko has obtained a Master's degree in Philosophy from Dnipropetrovs'kij Nacional'nij Universitet in 2020 and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from the same university in 2019. Maksym is currently enrolled in a Project Management course at Simplilearn Alumni and is expected to graduate in 2022. Additionally, they have obtained four certifications: Become a Product Manager and Customer Service: Knowledge Management from LinkedIn in 2022, Certified Associate in Project Management Course certification from Simplilearn in 2022, and Scrum Fundamentals Certified from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in 2022.
