Augustin Celier is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader, currently serving as a Founding Partner at Hexa Scale since November 2023. Previously, Augustin held roles such as International Expansion Advisor at VALGO Groupe and Head of Growth Advisor at BMI Leisure, where support was provided to leisure operators worldwide. Augustin co-founded uptime.ac, focusing on predictive maintenance for elevators, and was also a co-founder at Shuffle Inc., which developed a vertical search engine and was later acquired by John Paul (AccorHotels). Experience includes serving as Executive Assistant to the President for Otis Elevator Company in the EMEA region and in various managerial roles at Otis focused on business development in CIS countries. Augustin founded Marc&Aurèle, a successful mid-range furniture brand for the Russian market, and developed an e-learning philosophy tool for high school students at CoursdePhilo. Educational qualifications include Master's degrees from Sciences Po Paris and MGIMO, as well as a Bachelor's degree from Sciences Po Paris.
