Timothy Harris, CEC, has extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as a Culinary Instructor and Executive Chef at The Pennsylvania School of Culinary Arts since October 2016 and as a Culinary Recruiter for Hershey Entertainment & Resorts since April 2016. With previous roles as an Executive Chef and Culinary Recruiter for the American Culinary Federation from 2001 to 2016, and as an Executive Chef at The Country Club of Harrisburg, PA, in 2015, Harris has also contributed as a Career Service Specialist and Culinary Instructor at YTI Career Institute from 2008 to 2015, where Timothy initially joined in 2008 as a Culinary Development Specialist. Additional experience includes work as a Culinary Instructor at Harrisburg Area Community College from 2003 to 2005 and as an Assistant Sous Chef at Caesars Hotel and Casino in New Jersey from 1990 to 1992. Harris holds an Associate of Occupational Studies degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University, completed between 1986 and 1989.
