Mohamad Fazal has over 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Assistant Front Office Manager at The RuMa Hotel and Residences since December 2021, after being promoted from Guest Services Manager. Previously, Mohamad held the position of Assistant Front Office Manager for the pre-opening team at Hilton Hotels Worldwide and worked as a Duty Manager at various hotels including Eastin Hotel Kuala Lumpur, Capri by Fraser Kuala Lumpur, and Doubletree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur. Additional experience includes a brief tenure as a Real Estate Agent at IQI Holdings and a role as Front Office Assistant and Bellman at Grand Seasons Hotel. Mohamad holds an SPM degree from Sekolah Menegah Kebangsaan Raja Abdullah.
