Dimitra Natsiou is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in billing analysis and quality management systems. Currently serving as a Senior Billing Analyst at HERON since March 2017, Dimitra specializes in scheduling, billing, and invoicing for various customer segments, ensuring accuracy and resolving customer complaints.
