Valeria Sotomayor Gutierrez Zamora is an experienced content leader currently serving as Jefe de contenidos at Hero Guest since May 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing content creation, ensuring effective communication with various departments and clients, and managing the distribution of materials in the CMS. Previous roles include Content Manager, leading a team of seven at Hero Guest, and various positions at Cultura Colectiva, including Copywriter Sr. and Copywriter Jr. Rockstar, as well as experience as a bilingual video writer for Wipy and content developer at YMCA Mexico. Valeria holds a degree in Comunicación y Medios from Universidad Iberoamericana, completed in 2016.
