Gary Steel is an experienced retail and restaurant manager with a diverse background in the food service industry. Currently serving as Retail Store Manager at McColl's Retail Group since January 2022 and as General Manager at YO! Sushi since June 2017, Gary has successfully managed daily operations, achieved key performance indicators, and supported multiple restaurant locations. Prior experience includes the position of Unit Manager at Compass Group, where Gary implemented an online ordering system and improved sales and food GP. Gary also held the role of Unit Manager at Burger King® and Multi Unit Manager at Compass Group, overseeing operations and financial controls for various brands.
