Roxanne Frach has extensive experience in the financial industry, with a focus on cash management, client services, and merchant services. Roxanne started their career at City Commerce Bank in 1985 as an Assistant Vice President, where they successfully increased the merchant portfolio and managed various card programs. Roxanne then moved on to Peoples National Bank in 1995, where they created and expanded the Card Services Department and significantly grew the merchant program. Roxanne then joined Western States Bankcard Association in 1998 as Vice President of Merchant Services, where they played a key role in expanding the division and supporting member banks. In 2003, they took on the role of Vice President of Client Services at Vital Merchant Services, where they managed implementation, account management, and customer service teams. Roxanne joined Fremont Bank in 2004 as the Cash Management Manager for the Northern Region, where they achieved impressive sales results and developed strong client relationships. Their most recent position is as the Senior Vice President and Treasury Sales Manager at Heritage Bank of Commerce since April 2021.
