Catherine Wehrey Miller

Assistant to the Director of Research at The Huntington

Catherine Wehrey-Miller has a diverse work experience in different institutions. Catherine started their career as an Intern at the Frick Art Reference Library in 2003. In 2005, they worked as a Professor's Assistant at Caltech for a few months. Catherine then joined The Huntington in 2006, where they held various roles, including Library Assistant/Ahmanson Reading Room Supervisor, Dibner Reader Services Assistant in the History of Science, Dibner Reader Services Coordinator - Reference and Instruction, Assistant Fellowships Administrator, and Fellowships Administrator. Catherine'smost recent position at The Huntington is Assistant to the Director of Research, which they have held since June 2018.

Catherine Wehrey-Miller began their education in 2000 at Occidental College, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History. Catherine completed their undergraduate studies in 2004. In 2009, they enrolled at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and obtained a Master of Library and Information Science (MLIS) degree with a concentration in Library and Information Science and Archives. Catherine successfully completed their MLIS program in 2012. In 2013, Catherine Wehrey-Miller attended the California Rare Book School at UCLA for a course titled "Rare Books for Scholars and Archivists," although the field of study for this course is not specified.
