Randy Reginelli has an extensive career in sales and sales excellence, currently serving as Vice President of Sales and Global Head of Sales Excellence & Strategic Pricing at Henkel since January 1998. Prior to this role, Randy held the position of Director of Sales at Broan for one year in 1997 and spent over seven years at 84 Lumber, where responsibilities included Executive Program Director, Director of Real Estate Development, and Director of Internal Audit. Randy's academic background includes studies at Penn State University and Saint Vincent College.
