Thomas Grealish has served as President of Henderson Brothers, Inc. since 2003, overseeing both strategic planning and daily operations. In addition to this role, Thomas is a member of the Board of Directors for The Buncher Company and Rescon Restoration & Construction, contributing to governance and financial oversight. As a Board Advisor at Continuum Partners, Thomas focuses on investments in Midwestern manufacturers. Thomas also leads the Mario Lemieux Foundation, having raised significant funds for cancer research. As a Council Member at UPMC Hillman Cancer Center, Thomas supports advancements in cancer care and research. Additionally, Thomas holds a position as Board Director Emeritus at Duquesne University, where prior leadership included roles on the Athletic Committee and Development Committees. Thomas has extensive experience in professional governance, having served on the Board of Directors for the Pittsburgh Penguins from 1999 to 2022. Thomas earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance from Duquesne University between 1979 and 1983.
