Hector Torres is the CE0 and Co-Founder of Hemorai. Hector has dedicated their career to developing leading-edge medical devices for cancer screening, detection and prevention.

Hector founded Onko Solutions, LLC in January 2014 and served as its CEO until May 2019. Under Hector's leadership, Onko Solutions became a joint venture and groundbreaking startup that excels in providing operational direction, guidance on strategy and policy adoption, as well as leading product and software architecture, and development.

Onko Solutions was responsible for successfully launching best-in-class healthcare technologies with real-time results and superior efficiency. In less than two years, the company championed successful strategic cancer screening to more than 30,000 women (10,000 in poverty areas).

Prior to founding Onko Solutions, Hector served as the Director of Technology for Descuento Libre, LLC from January 2011 to December 2012. Hector also served as a Sr. Solutions Architect for Johnson Controls from January 2004 to April 2011.

Hector Torres has a Master of Science in Technology Commercialization from the Texas McCombs School of Business, a BAS in Computer Science from Davenport University, and an Associate of Science - AS in eCommerce Applications from Davenport University. Hector also has certification from the APM Group in ITIL v3 Foundation and from Microsoft in Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.
