Kate Hopkins has a background in Marine Sciences and Psychology from California State University Monterey Bay. Kate has held various roles in different companies such as Alogent Corporation and Rezdy, specializing in training, implementation, and customer support. In their current position at Hemlane, Kate serves as the Director of Customer Support and Chief of Staff, overseeing operational activities, HR needs, and providing company-wide support. Prior to this, Kate was an Operations Manager at Hemlane, responsible for pioneering and growing the Customer Success department, developing new hire training, and managing a suite of customer support tools. At Rezdy, Kate was the Manager of Training and Implementation.
