Sumaiya Hossain is a seasoned MEAL Officer with extensive experience in monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning across several organizations. Currently employed at Helvetas since February 2024, Sumaiya supports the development of monitoring plans for livelihoods and climate projects. Previous roles include MEAL Officer at ActionAid Bangladesh and World Vision, where responsibilities encompassed ensuring quality M&E information, supporting project proposals, and overseeing data management and collection processes. Additional experience includes a Project Officer role at CARE, an Accountability Officer position at World Vision, and earlier roles focused on documentation and research. Sumaiya holds dual Master's and Bachelor's degrees in International Relations from the University of Dhaka and has a solid foundational education in Business Studies.
