Charlotte Pernin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in retail management and education. Currently serving as Store Leader and Operations Leader at DECATHLON SWITZERLAND since February 2021, Charlotte has successfully overseen store expansion and managed significant operating accounts. In addition, Charlotte acts as a lecturer at Université de Strasbourg, contributing to the Bachelor program in Sports Management. Previously, Charlotte held various leadership roles at Decathlon France, including managing the Mountain department and training future leaders. Charlotte possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management from the University of Strasbourg, a BTS in Business Unit Management, and a Licence in Economic and Social Administration, which complement a solid foundation in operational management and team development.
