Michele Owens, CISA, has extensive experience in project management and technical support, currently serving as a Sr. Project Manager at Helion Technologies since September 2010. Prior to this role, Michele worked at Verizon Business from 2003 to 2010 in various capacities, including Support Center Engineer and Project Coordinator. Michele's career began at Digex, where responsibilities included Support Center Technician from June 2000 to October 2003. Michele holds a Master of Science degree in Project Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, earned between 2005 and 2008.
