Sailaja Khadka is a seasoned Senior Software Tester with over a decade of experience in Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS), currently employed at CNSI since March 2013. In the role, Sailaja has led testing efforts for key projects such as the Utah Medicaid Management Information System (PRISM), focusing on claims and provider sub-systems. Responsibilities include test case creation, execution, collaboration with developers and analysts, defect management using JIRA, and presenting testing outcomes to stakeholders. Prior experience includes a position as a System Analyst at HEWLETT PACKARD, interfacing with clients for system access. Sailaja holds both a Master's and a Bachelor's degree from The City College of New York, further strengthening skills in software testing, analysis, and project management.
