Diva Pradhan is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at Helen Keller International since May 2024. Prior to this role, Diva held key positions at WaterAid, including Senior People and OD Coordinator and People and Organizational Development Officer, from April 2018 to May 2024. Diva's career also includes serving as an HR Officer at Oxfam and as an HR Executive at Huawei Technologies. Early career experience includes the role of Coordinator at the SAARC Chamber Women Entrepreneurs Council. Diva holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Ace Institute of Management, obtained in 2014, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Nepal College of Management, completed in 2012.
