Fernando Arvizu Gutiérrez is a skilled professional in the brewing industry with extensive experience at HEINEKEN MÉXICO since April 2019. In the role of Brewing Support Coordinator, Fernando leads a team of 30 brewing technicians, ensuring product quality and production targets are consistently met. Previously, Fernando served as the Analytical Quality Assurance Coordinator, focusing on sensory, microbiology, and analytical quality assurance. Early experience includes a role as a Practitioner in brewing, where cost-saving projects were developed, as well as internships at Arca Continental in water treatment and Universidad de Colima in bioengineering labs. Fernando holds a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey, graduating in 2019.
