Ken Bouska is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Heidelberg Materials North America. Prior to this role, Ken held various human resources positions at Lehigh Hanson for over two decades. Before entering the corporate world, Ken worked as a Membership Services Officer at Merit Contractors Association of Alberta. Ken holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction in Human Resource Management from the University of Alberta.
