Philip Kruse Mikkelsen has a diverse work experience spanning from 2010 to 2023. Philip Kruse began their career as an Office Assistant at Jysk Hvidevarelager A/S, where they recorded invoices and maintained the cleanliness of the warehouse and office. Philip Kruse then worked as a Tennis Coach at Slagelse Tennisklub from 2010 to 2015.
In 2013, Philip joined BESTSELLER as a Sales Representative in Jack & Jones, where they handled daily sales and operations, managed stock-taking, and trained new employees. Philip Kruse held this position until 2016.
From 2016 to 2018, Philip worked as a Sales Representative at Elgiganten A/S, responsible for sales and customer service. Philip Kruse later became an Accounting Bookkeeper at LME Consulting in 2018.
In 2018, they also worked as a Study Course Instructor at Djøf, where they provided instruction in study courses.
In 2019, Philip founded their own IT Consulting company, where they served as the Founder until 2020.
Starting in 2020, Philip joined Sulzer, initially as a Trainee at Global HR. Philip Kruse then progressed through various roles including Compensation & Benefits Analyst, Global Lead HRIS & Analytics, and Global Lead Advanced Analytics & Reporting. Currently, they hold the position of Head of HR Technology & People Analytics at Sulzer.
Philip Kruse Mikkelsen obtained their Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration from Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark in the years 2017-2020. Philip Kruse also spent a semester at the University of Zurich in 2019-2020, studying Economics as part of their exchange program. Prior to their college education, Philip attended Slagelse Gymnasium (STX) from 2013 to 2016, focusing on Social Sciences, Mathematics, and English. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications, including data manipulation and visualization skills in R from DataCamp, and coaching and referee certifications from the Dansk Tennis Forbund.
