As the Managing Partner and co-founder of Crescendo Capital Partners since June 2007, Jenny has focused on investing in operational businesses with strong cash flow, previously serving as CEO of AMSR, LLC, which was sold to CAIRE Inc. Jenny holds board positions at Heartland Financial USA, Inc., Spectra Logic, and Sartori Company, providing strategic guidance on acquisitions and financial performance.
