Kristen Mollan, MPH, currently serves as the Community Health & Partnerships Manager at HealthPartners, where responsibilities include leading a team of community outreach staff, managing health processes and operations, and building relationships with stakeholders. Previous roles at HealthPartners encompassed positions such as Community Health Program Manager and Community Health Coordinator, successfully overseeing projects and implementing programs across various sectors. Additionally, Kristen holds leadership positions as President of the Board of Directors for the Twin Cities Childbirth Collective and as a Birth Doula for Everyday Miracles. Prior experience includes serving as Community Resource Coordinator at the White Bear Area Emergency Food Shelf and as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Minnesota. Kristen's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Public Health with a focus on Maternal and Child Health from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
