Patrick Gillenwater started their work experience as a Senior Manager in Customer Support at Vencor, Inc. from 1994 to 2001. Patrick then served as the Director of IT Administration at Kindred Healthcare from 2001 to 2016, where they managed various activities related to supplemental staffing and employee recruitment. From 2014 to 2018, they also spearheaded the IT and HR Contingent Labor programs at Kindred Healthcare.

In 2019, Gillenwater joined Lifepoint Health as the Assistant Vice President of HR Shared Services, where they efficiently managed the delivery of enterprise onboarding and employee record administration. Patrick also led the HR Call Center processing over 200,000 inquiries and transactions annually.
