Previously, they worked at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina for 10 years as an Account Executive from June 2011 to October 2021. Prior to that, they worked at JRW Associates Inc. as an Account Executive from August 2005 to June 2011.

Justin Brinkley attended East Carolina University from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
