Gayle Cowey is an experienced Learning and Development professional with a strong background in designing and implementing training initiatives across various sectors. Currently serving as the Learning & Development Manager at Healthdirect Australia since February 2015, Gayle established the organizational learning and development function for this government-owned not-for-profit. Previous experience includes roles as a Learning & Development Consultant at Harrison Grierson Consultants Ltd and a Learning & Development Specialist at Coal Services Pty Ltd, where Gayle led multiple learning projects. Additional positions held encompass Leadership and Talent Consultant at Bankwest, Learning & Development Consultant at MBF Australia Ltd, and various roles in academia including Program Coordinator at the Australian Graduate School of Management and Head of Studies at the International Travel College of New Zealand. Educational background includes attendance at Epsom Girls Grammar School from 1984 to 1988.
