Currently serving as CEO, President, and Administrator of Allegiance Home Health since 2005, Rosie has successfully led the Medicare Certified home health agency, which serves Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, and Indian River counties, and has achieved a prestigious Medicare rating of 5 out of 5 Stars. Prior to this role, Rosie was the Administrator at Martin Physical Therapy from 1999 to 2005. Education was attained at Florida Atlantic University.
