Willie Shoffner is a seasoned professional with over 17 years of experience in the banking and finance industry. Willie is currently the Chief Performance Officer at Healthcare Finance Direct. Prior to this, they were the Head of Customer Experience & Marketing at Mission Bank from 2010 to 2021. During this time, they were also the Head of Organizational Excellence & Ops, Head of IT & Organizational Excellence, Business Banking Center Administrator (VP), and Central Operations Manager and Bank Security Officer. From 2004 to 2010, they worked at Wells Fargo Bank in various roles including Regional Banking Academy Manager, Branch Manager (AVP), Branch Manager, and Branch Manager. Willie has a proven track record of success in leading teams, increasing efficiencies, and developing effective strategies.

Willie Shoffner received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from California State University, Chico in 2003. Willie also attended Tech De Monterey to study International Business.
