Aylenne O'Brien has extensive experience in human resources and management within the healthcare and leisure sectors. Currently serving as HR Manager for Healthcare21 since November 2015, Aylenne oversees human resource duties across the organization. Prior to this role, Aylenne was an Engineering Administrator and Facility Manager at Leisureworld Cork from 2002 to 2015, focusing on creating a people-centered culture and leading HR-related policies. Aylenne began a career at Leisureworld working through various positions from receptionist to Senior Duty Manager. Aylenne holds a degree in First Line Management from Griffith College Cork and has completed additional training through Abacus and H Training.
