Julia Zange is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in labor law and human rights, currently serving as SVP of Global Legal CoE Labor Law/Global Labor Relations at Fresenius Medical Care since February 2018. Prior to this role, Julia held the position of VP of Global Labor Law at TE Connectivity, providing legal support across EMEA and developing comprehensive strategies for employment litigation. Julia has a solid background in employment law, having worked as European Counsel at Jones Day, where legal advice encompassed German and European labor laws, and served as a legal adviser at ARNECKE SIBETH and Cornelius Bartenbach Haesemann und Partner. Julia's legal training includes positions at Landgericht Köln and the German Bar association in Brussels, complemented by degrees in law from the University of Cologne and the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
