Holli White has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Holli is currently the Director of Health System Partnerships at the Health Data Analytics Institute, a position they started in 2023. Prior to that, Holli was the Owner and CEO of Lotus Home Staging, where they successfully managed daily operations, financials, and customer service.

Holli also has industry experience as a Senior Program Manager at Truveta, where they played a crucial role in ensuring customer success with platform services. Holli previously served as the Director of Advisory Services at CareJourney, providing strategic client account management and expertise in healthcare interoperability.

In the past, Holli held positions at Evolent Health as the Director of EMR Integration, overseeing the integration of key data points into physician EMR workflows. Holli was also an Associate Director of Clinical Delivery at Evolent Health. Holli started their career at UnitedHealth Group as a Client Solutions Analyst, supporting clients in optimizing population health technology platforms.

Before that, they worked as a Clinical Outcomes Analyst at Wilmington Health, where they monitored and reported quality metrics and led quality improvement projects. Holli gained experience as a Practice Support/Quality Improvement Consultant at SEAHEC, assisting practices in implementing electronic health records and achieving patient-centered medical home designations.

Throughout their career, Holli has demonstrated strong project management skills, subject matter expertise in healthcare policy and regulations, and a focus on customer success and fostering relationships.

Holli White has a diverse education history. In 2008, they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS degree in Marine Technology from Cape Fear Community College. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, graduating in 2011.

Holli furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Professional Science degree in Biomedical and Health Informatics with a focus on Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Holli completed this degree in 2018.

In addition to their formal education, Holli has acquired additional certifications. In 2017, they obtained UNC Business Essentials certification from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. Additionally, they earned a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from UNC Health Care in the same year.
