Jesse Arsenault has significant experience in procurement and contracting within Canadian federal organizations, currently serving as Chief of IT Procurement and Contracting at Health Canada since April 2017. Prior roles at Health Canada include Acting Chief and Manager of Procurement and Contracting, as well as serving as a Senior Procurement Officer. Before joining Health Canada, Jesse held the role of Senior Procurement Officer at the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada from February 2016 to April 2017 and at the National Research Council Canada from December 2010 to February 2016, where Jesse also worked as a Procurement Officer.
