Ilinca S. is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Marketing Director at Headwater Companies since July 2021. Prior to this role, Ilinca held multiple positions at Natural Grocers by Vitamin Cottage from June 2016 to June 2021, including Managing Director of Marketing and Sr. Director of Marketing, where strategic marketing programs were developed to enhance sales growth. Ilinca has also gained valuable experience as the Owner of Lilu Art, a marketing consultant at Platform T, and through various marketing roles at Quiznos, Apple Computer, TDA, and HDOS Enterprises. Ilinca holds dual MBA degrees from IESE Business School and Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, along with a BS in International Business from California State University-Long Beach.
