Dan Hardcastle is an experienced sales and marketing professional with a strong background in the property sector. Currently serving as Sales and Marketing Director at Avant Homes since September 2022, Dan previously held the position of Head of Sales & Marketing at Berkeley DeVeer from May 2018 to July 2023. Dan’s earlier roles include Sales Manager and Senior Sales Advisor at Barratt Developments plc from August 2009 to May 2018, where responsibilities included overseeing the Marketing Suite and qualifying property purchasers. Prior experience also includes serving as Senior Sales Executive at Parkdean Resorts and as a Sales Consultant at Medsea Estates/Italian Connection PLC, where Dan focused on client relationships and property sales. Dan’s educational background includes attending Horbury Comprehensive from 1990 to 1995.
