Elijah Tyler-Brown is a Customer Success Associate at HeadLight since July 2021, focusing on developing customers into experts and providing support to the customer base. Previous experience includes roles as a Mobile Expert at T-Mobile, Google Express Store Operator, and RSC at AT&T, all of which involved mobile sales and customer service. Elijah also has a background in technical support, demonstrated through work at HeadLight and relevant coursework in programming languages and web design from Tech Talent South. Elijah's educational accomplishments include an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) and an Associate of Arts (AA) from Suffolk County Community College.
