Mauricio has held strategic roles such as Chief Strategy Officer at DPZ&T and General Manager at OgilvyOne. Mauricio worked at Microsoft for 9 years, in São Paulo, Redmond and New York, where he worked in various positions, including Global Sales Field Enablement Manager for MSN. Prior to that, he served as Advertising Director at Zipnet and Media Director at Euro RSCG. Mauricio's early career includes the role of Group Media Manager at McCann Worldgroup.
Mauricio Tortosa completed a Bachelor's degree in Advertising from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing in 1993. In 1996, he obtained a Certificate in Leadership Executive Program from Yale University. In 2015, he completed a Masterclass in Digital Disruption from Hyper Island. In 2018 and 2019, he pursued a Master's degree in Integral Approach: Self-knowledge, Transferable Skills, and Innovative Pedagogical Practices from Instituto Singularidades. More recently, in 2021, they studied Philosophy at USP - Universidade de São Paulo.
