Prasenjit Sengupta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and development projects, particularly in the context of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and women entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Development Projects (CSR Initiatives) at HCL Enterprise since January 2023, Prasenjit focuses on innovative and sustainable programs aimed at driving change in rural and semi-urban India using frameworks like 'Theory of Change' and Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL). Prior to this role, Prasenjit led the Women Entrepreneurship Programs at NASSCOM Foundation, managed nationwide donor-led projects, and drove growth initiatives at BoP Innovation Center by organizing collaborations among prominent global companies. Experience also includes strategic consulting for emerging markets at MART and positions in business development and operations at organizations such as The G.P - C.K Birla Group and Apollo Gleneagles Hospital. Prasenjit holds an MBA from Calcutta Business School and a degree in Hospital & Healthcare Management from Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology.
