Manika Sanyal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and market research. Currently serving as Service Director for GfK - An NIQ Company since January 2020, Manika manages panel data, oversees market data quality checks, and supports the Data Science team in automation projects. Previously held the position of Deputy Manager at IBM from September 2018 to January 2020, with responsibilities in market research and operations at the point of sale. Prior to that, Manika was Assistant Manager at Genpact, focusing on account receivable and quality auditing, and spent several years at IBM in various roles, starting as a Customer Care Executive in 2007 and advancing to Assistant Manager in Finance and Accounting, earning recognition as Top Talent for two consecutive years.
