Metra Lewis, PHR, currently serves as the VP of HR at HCA Healthcare, a position held since July 2019. Previously, Metra served as HR Director at Parallon, part of HCA, from January 2014 to the present and as HR Manager at the same organization from September 2003 to December 2013. Metra began a career in human resources as an HR Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 2000 to 2003. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in HR and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, both obtained from Grambling State University.
