Emily Lind is a seasoned human resources leader with extensive experience in various industries. Currently, Emily serves as Vice President of Human Resources for HCA MidAmerica Division since August 2016. Prior to this role, Emily held the position of Chief Human Resource Officer for Banner Medical Group, supporting over 90 clinic locations across the western United States. Emily’s previous roles include Senior HR Service Partner at Mayo Clinic, where support was provided for around 800 employees, and HR Generalist positions at SPX Corporation and Polaris Industries, providing HR counsel to manufacturing teams. Emily began their HR career as an HR Manager at Target. Academically, Emily holds a Master of Science in Organizational Development and Human Resources from Regis University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of North Dakota.
