Frank H. possesses extensive experience in leadership and procurement within diverse industries. Currently serving as COO at Fastener Tool & Supply, Inc. since April 2008, Frank H. has driven organizational growth across multiple departments including Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Quality, and Operations. Previously, Frank H. held the position of Senior Category Manager at Aleris, where cost-saving procurement strategies were implemented for global operations. Frank H. also served as Director of Purchasing at Emerson Network Power, overseeing a significant inventory consolidation project, and managed materials and purchasing operations at AeroControlex across various roles, including Materials Manager and Purchasing Manager, where high-value contracts were negotiated. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Supply Chain from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a BS in Chemical Engineering from The University of Akron.
