Jonathan Paul's work experience includes serving as the Vice President-GM of the ART (Array RFP Team) at Array since October 2021. Prior to that, they were the Vice President/Managing Director of CathyJon Enterprises, Inc., doing business as HB Staffing, from April 2000 onwards. Jonathan founded HB Staffing in 2000, focusing on placing qualified individuals in various job positions. From August 1998 to August 2014, Jonathan held the role of VP/General Manager at International Staffing University, a division of Seminars By The Sea. Before that, they were the Founder/Manager of CareerPartners from January 1986 to January 1998.

Jonathan Paul earned their Teaching Certificate in Multiple Studies from UC Santa Barbara. Jonathan then obtained a BA in History from San Diego State University in 1970 and later went on to complete an MS in Family Counseling from California State University, Northridge in 1990. Jonathan also studied History as a field of interest at UC San Diego from 1968-1969.
