Ken Kasmar has a diverse and extensive work experience in the technology industry. Ken currently works as the Director of DevOps at Alludo since 2023. Prior to this, they founded and served as the Principal of RedFalcon Modz, a company specializing in developing gaming mods for DayZ, with a notable mod called RedFalcon Flight System - Heliz.

Ken also held various roles at Conversica, including Director of DevSecOps & IT, where they transformed the Engineering organization by adopting DevSecOps practices and implementing automation and process improvements. Ken was also responsible for driving the SOC2/ISO/HIPAA audit and continuous improvements based on audit findings.

Before joining Conversica, Ken worked as a Principal Site Reliability Engineer at Okta, where they focused on AWS IAM visualization/rationalization. Ken developed Terraform code for managing AWS infrastructure and prepared systems for SOC2 certification.

Ken also has experience at Amazon Web Services as a Senior System Development Manager, leading the international AWS availability organization and implementing incident and problem management processes.

Ken has a strong background in cloud and tools strategy and automation, having served as the Director of Cloud & Tools Strategy and Automation at Disney Technology Solutions and Services. Ken led various projects, including infrastructure automation and API-based platform integrations. Ken also managed central operational tools and runbook automation within the organization.

Earlier in their career, Ken was the Director of IT & Business Systems at PumpTech, Inc., where they designed and implemented network infrastructure and provided technical support for technology users. Ken also worked at Walt Disney Internet Group as the Manager of Site Integration, where they optimized the Global Registration environment for ESPN and ABC Internet properties.

Ken began their career as a Senior Trainer at Salmon Computers, where they developed and taught training programs for Microsoft certifications.

Overall, Ken Kasmar has a strong background in DevOps, site reliability engineering, cloud strategy, automation, and technology leadership in various organizations.

Ken Kasmar attended Del Norte County High School, although the start and end years are unknown. Ken did not obtain a degree or specialize in any specific field of study during this time. In 2017, Ken received a Level 1 Sommelier certification from The Court of Master Sommeliers.
