Donna Lister has extensive experience in management and customer service, primarily within the senior living and hospitality industries. Previous roles include Assistant Manager at Steeplechase Senior Community LLC and Head Housekeeper/Server at Orchard Heights Senior Community, LLC. Donna also held significant positions in the hospitality sector, including Purser at British Airways, where responsibilities included managing cabin crew and ensuring service quality, and Pastry Chef at White Elephant Club, overseeing food preparation and training. Educational qualifications include a degree in ONC Interior Design from Hinckley College and a degree in Catering from Henley College.
