Jason Deal is currently the owner of Jason Deal Racing and the dining room manager at Laurel Lake Retirement Community. Jason also has experience as the co-founder and director at Stray Dog Racing and as the owner of Deal-Millham Racing, a local racing organization. Prior to this, Jason has held various managerial and supervisory roles at companies such as Dairy Queen, Aramark, and TruGreen. Jason also served as an overnight supervisor at MGI Marcs.
