Jerry Meleski

SVP Strategic Technology and Products at HawkEye 360

Jerry Meleski has extensive work experience in the technology and defense industry. In their current role as SVP Strategic Technology and Products at HawkEye 360, they are responsible for strategic development and management of technology products. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Vice President of Technology Operations at HawkEye 360.

Before joining HawkEye 360, Jerry held various leadership positions at Kratos Defense and Security Solutions. As the Vice President of Edge Solutions, they oversaw the growth of the business portfolio, focusing on commercial and tactical edge capabilities, software-defined radios, and software-defined waveforms. In their role as Vice President, Protected Tactical Communications, they founded and developed the Protected Tactical Communications growth segment. Jerry was responsible for strategy, business development, R&D, operations, customer relationships, and partnerships in the area of tactical radios and waveforms for UAVs and ground systems. Jerry also served as the Vice President of Digital Products and Networks, where they led the creation of digital processing and network products for satellite ground systems. Jerry played a key role in the development of SpectralNet line of Digital IF products, DataDefender, RF recorders, and open VITA-49 digital IF interface protocol. Additionally, as the Director of Control Center Systems, they established RT Logic as a dominant supplier of satellite control center systems in the federal market.

Jerry's earlier work experience includes a role as the Director of Western Operations at Software Technology, Inc.
