Amy Giannosa has over 20 years of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Amy started their career at Beaumont Health in 2000, where they held various roles such as Employment Representative, Benefits Representative, and later became a Human Resources Representative (Employee Relations) in 2009. During this time, they led the development and implementation of employee engagement and performance management initiatives, as well as resolved workplace issues and responded to legal charges. In 2013, they joined Havenwyck Hospital as a Human Resources Director, where they oversaw multiple administrative activities including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and employee relations functions. Amy also educated employees on benefits and promoted their well-being.

Amy Giannosa holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human Resource Development from Oakland University.
