John Kelly is currently working as the Lead of Talent Acquisition at Joyous, a Public Benefit Corporation with a mission to enable individuals, families, communities, and humanity to live a Joyous life. Previously, he held various recruiting roles at Liftoff Mobile, Google, Talener, and Gavin de Becker & Associates. John has experience in recruiting for both technical and non-technical departments, partnering closely with teams to streamline interview processes and increase team sizes. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology Law and Society as well as Psychology and Social Behavior from UC Irvine.
