Jubayer Hossain currently serves as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Bergen since February 2013, focusing on gene therapy, glioblastoma, lentiviral vectors, and immunotherapy. In addition, Jubayer has been a Postdoctoral Researcher at Haukeland universitetssjukehus since January 2017, continuing research on glioblastoma with an emphasis on lentiviral vectors and suicide gene therapy. Previously, Jubayer completed a PhD on lentiviral vector-mediated suicide gene therapy of glioblastoma multiforme and held research positions at the University of Helsinki and the University of Oulu. Jubayer earned a Master of Science in Biotechnology from the University of Oulu and a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from Khulna University.
